La Graua Corpinnat Brut Nature

Intense and complex, La Graua is a vibrant Corpinnat boasting a rich palatte of citrus aromas, pastry and brioche, thanks to its long aging period on the lees.
Elaborated with local Xarel·lo and Macabeu grapes from a single vineyard planted over 75 years ago, this outstanding sparkling wine is a real treat for any special occasion.

- Color: Straw yellow color with a small elegant bubble.
- On the nose: Intense aromas of candied fruit accompanied by lightly toasted pastries.
- On the palate: The candied fruit reappears in the mouth accompanied by toasted nuts. Long and persistent finish.
- Food pairing recommendations: Grilled meats and creamy pastas, assorted salads, fish and seafood.
- Serving temperature: Serve between 6ºC and 8ºC.

Destemming and sorting table. Fermentation in stainless still tanks at a controlled temperature of 14-15 ºC.
Second fermentation during 45 days. Aging of a minimum of 50 months on the lees to achieve its optimal flavour and aromatic potential.
