Oriol Rossell Cava Brut Cuvée Especial
A blend of the three Penedès varieties and a minimum aging of 12 months on its lees is the base for this excellent Cava by traditional winemaker Oriol Rossell.
Fruity and highly aromatic, Brut Cuvée is a floral and refreshing sparkling wine that will be the perfect companion for any occasion.

Harvesting in vibrating trailers and further manual selection in the cellar. Following fermentation, ageing takes place over 3 months with the lees in the vat. Clarification on riddling racks.
