Aus Orange (Orange Wine)

Grown in the mist of the region's granitic soils, Aus Orange boasts a powerful fruity bouquet thanks to its long skin-contact during fermentation and aging in granitic amphoras.

Manual harvest of the grapes. After a light pressing to extract the first-run must, the grape skins stay in contact with the juice for two months to increase the tannin structure.
