RAW Macabeu Brisat

An intens, silky wine of a vibrant personality, RAW Macabeu Brisat boasts intense citrus and tropical aromas that blend into a powerful aftertaste.

• Grape varieties: 100 % Macabeu
• Alcohol content: 12,5 % vol.

• Color: Straw yellow color with golden reflections. 
• On the nose: Intense and complex aromas of balsamic notes over fruity and citrusy notes (pineapple, peach, apricot).
• On the palate: Long and persistent, with good acidity. Citric and fruity aftertaste with notes of creamy pastries and brioche.
• Food pairing recommendations: Grilled meats and fish dishes with vegetables, chicken curri, and seadfood.
• Serving temperature: Serve between 10ºC and 12ºC. (Decanting recommended)

Pre-maceration at 4ºC during 24h. Maceration with its own skins during 12 days with spontaneous yeasts and posterior aging in granite eggs for 5 months after fermentation.

Aging of 6 months in the bottle before being released into the market.
