El Peu del Bosc

Straight from the Conca de Barberà wine region in Catalonia, El Peu del Bosc (Foot of the Forest) is a great tribute to the noble Cabernet Sauvignon variety.

Intense and full-bodied, this highly gastronomic red wine with a great tannic structure is a sublime achievement in terms of volume and complexity.

• Color: Intense maroon color with dense tears.
• On the nose: Deep and complex, where notes of red fruits and orange peel give way to aging notes of caramel, vanilla & cinnamon.
• On the palate: Silky and full-bodied, with well-integrated tannins and great aromatic complexity.
• Food pairing recommendations: Beef steaks, cured cheeses, risotto and blue fish.
• Serving temperature: Serve between 14ºC and 16ºC. (Decanting recommended).

Manual harvest, skimming, maceration and traditional fermentation in French oak vats and subsequent aging in French oak barrels for 12 months.
