Lo Syrah del Grau

An intense and highly aromatic red wine, Lo Syrah del Grau is a sublime expression of what a great varietal Syrah from the Terra Alta wine region can taste like.

Grown in the region's oldest Syrah vineyards, this beautiful red wine is a pleasure for the senses, and for any palate.

• Color: Red ruby color.
• On the nose: Notes of spices and hints of cocoa mark its profile, releasing notes of black pepper and vanilla when it opens up. 
  
• On the palate: Intense and voluminous, with fine hints of toasted notes and liquorice in the aftertaste.
• Food pairing recommendations: Beef stews, grilled meats with vegetables, cheeses.
• Serving temperature: Serve between 14ºC and 16ºC.

Harvest and manual selection. Fermentation and maceration for 20 days at 24 °C with three daily pump-overs.

Aging in new and second year French and American oak casks of 225 liters for 15 months. 1 extra year in the bottle before being released into the market.
