Vespres Negre

Made with Garnatxa and Carinyena grapes from 50-70 year old vineyards, this elegant Criança red wine boasts a rich silky texture and soft tannin structure.
From the Montsant region in Catalonia, Vespres Negre is a fine achievement of volume and complexity in the best traditional winemaking.

- Serving temperature: Serve between 14ºC and 16ºC.

Organic and biodynamic viticulture.
Harvested by hand. Once the grapes are destemmed, they are transferred to 5.200 L cement tanks to start the fermentation.
Afterwards, the grapes are then pressed and transferred half of it to the same tanks of fermentation and the other half to Stockinger Austrian oak foudres, with a capacity of 2,000 and 2,500 litters where it ages for a minimum of 10 months on its fine lees.
