Flor Mediterranea Rosat (Biodynamic)

The floral and fruity notes that define our Flor series shine like no other in this successfully accomplished rosé wine.

Soft and pleasant, the rich aromas and well-balanced acidity turn this young biodynamic wine into a fine and lingering aftertaste.

Harvest and manual selection in the field in 15 Kg boxes with subsequent heat treatment at -2°C. Destemming and fermentation with skins in 50 Hl tanks. “Pigeage” and pumping over by gravity for five days until the desired maceration is obtained.

Subsequent bleeding of the must in a single 20 Hl tank at a constant temperature of 15°C with computerized control. Soft pressing and de-mudging of the must for 24 hours.
