Xino-Xano Rosat by Oriol Rossell

A popular expression in Catalan language, Xino-Xano (“Step by Step”) is a vibrant and pleasant wine defined by its intense red fruit aromas and forest fruit notes.

A refreshing and well balanced rosé that uncovers all the potential of the noble Merlot variety in a single varietal wine.

Harvested in vibrating trailers followed by further manual selection in the cellar. Short maceration to obtain the desired aromas and tones.
