AT Roca Clàssic Penedès Brut Nature Reserva

Aged for over 24 months on the lees, the rich flavour and complex aromas of this iconic Brut Nature Reserva is the perfect gift for any sparkling wine lover.

Manual harvest in boxes. Cold pressing of the grapes without de-stemming.

Fermentation of the base wine with its own yeasts and aging for 7 months on the lees: 85% in stainless steel tanks and 15% in 500L French oak barrels.

2nd fermentation and aging in the bottle for a minimum of 24 months before disgorging.
