Avinyó Cava Brut Reserva

With more than 18 months of aging in the bottle, this Brut Reserva cava sparkling wine from the Avinyó winery boasts a rich palate of flavours and aromas.

Elaborated with the classic blend of Macabeu, Xarel·lo and Parellada, this elegant sparkling shows the best character of the iconic Penedès region's terroir.

Manual harvest during the night to avoid oxidation. Gentle pressing at a very low pressure with pneumatic presses.

Fermentation in stainless steel tank at a controlled temperature. Natural clarification by decantation.

Minimum of 18 months of aging on the lees to achieve its desired bouquet.
