Avinyó Cava Rosé Sublim

As its name confirms, this sublime rosé sparkling wine from the Avinyó family is a treasure for the senses and, most importantly, for the most exqusite palates.

Elaborated 100% with Pinot Noir grapes from the winery's estate vineyards, Rosé Sublim is a premium sparkling wine of exquisite aromas and a vibrant bouquet.

Night harvest to avoid oxidation. Gentle pressing at a very low pressure with pneumatic presses.

Fermentation in stainless steel tank at a controlled temperature. Natural clarification by decantation.

Minimum of 18 months of aging in the bottle to achieve its full aromatic potential and flavour extraction.
