Elaborated with the classic blend of Xarel·lo, Macabeu and Parellada, this Brut Nature Reserva aged for over 30 months on the lees is an ideal choice for any special occasion.

Destemming and sorting table. Fermentation in stainless still tanks at a controlled temperature of 14-15 ºC.

Second fermentation during 45 days. Aging of 30 months on the lees to achieve its optimal flavour and aromatic potential.
