Joan Sardà Cava Brut Reserva

Produced in the traditional way using Macabeu, Xarel·lo and Parellada grapes, this fresh and lively sparkling wine is another landmark of the Penedès region, the birthplace of Cava.

Intense and floral, Joan Sardà Cava Brut Reserva offers a good structure on the mouth thanks to its 24 months of aging in the bottle, leading to a balanced and persistent aftertaste.

Fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 21 days at a low temperature to preserve its primary aromatic bouquet. 

Elaborated in the traditional method, this Cava Reserva sparkling wine has been aged or 24 months in the cellar for an optimal maturation and aromatic status.
