Pellicular maceration to extract the maximum aromatic potential. Gentle pressing and static debourbage is carried out afterwards. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks for aprox. 21 days at a low temperature to preserve the variety's bouquet.
Crafted in the traditional way, this rosé sparkling wine has been aged for 20 months in the cellar to achieve the optimal maturation and aromatic status.
