La Graua Clàssic Penedès Brut Nature

Elaborated with Xarel·lo and Macabeu grapes from a single vineyard plot, this Brut Nature aged for over 50 months on the lees is a delicious treat for any special occasion.

- Serving temperature: Serve between 6ºC and 8ºC.
Destemming and sorting table. Fermentation in stainless still tanks at a controlled temperature of 14-15 ºC.
Second fermentation during 45 days. Aging of 50 months on the lees to achieve its optimal flavour and aromatic potential.
