- Serving temperature: Serve between 6ºC and 8ºC.
Manual harvest where the best grapes from each vineyard are selected. The fermentation is carried out at a controlled temperature of 15ºC. In separate vats to obtain the best aromatic qualities from each variety.
2nd fermentation in the bottle and a minimum aging of 36 months on the lees before being released into the market.
