Blanc de Folls

A fun tribute to the performing arts, Blanc de Folls ("White of the Fools") is a fresh and aromatic wine from the Conca de Barberà wine region in Catalonia.

A unique blend of the native varieties Macabeu and Parellada, this intense and silky white wine is ideal to enjoy both as an appetizer or to accompany the most flavourful dishes.

• Color: Pale yellow color.
• On the nose: Floral notes combining with aromas of  white flower with white fruits.

• Food pairing recommendations: Creamy mushroom pastas, grilled meats with vegetables.
• Serving temperature: Serve between 10ºC and 12ºC.
