Bouquet d'Alella Blanc

A combination of youth and complexity, this young white wine is one of the best examples of the D.O. Alella wine region, defined by the minerality of its granitic terroir.

Crisp and refreshing, Bouquet d'Alella Blanc has a nicely-balanced acidity and a soft citrus fragrance that shows the Mediterranean character at its best.

Organic wine harvested by hand and transported in 18 kg boxes. Pre-fermentation maceration on the skins. Gentle pressing to obtain and use exclusively first-run must. 

Temperature controlled fermentation at 15º C in stainless steel tanks for 3 weeks, with each grape variety fermented separately. Aging on the lees for 3 months with batonnage (stirring of the lees).
