Can Feixes Blanc Tradició

An exquisite blend of the native Xarel·lo and Malvasia varieties is the recipe behind this delicate and elegant wine from the prestigious Can Feixes winery.

Grown on the slopes of the northern Penedès mountains, Blanc Tradició is a great example of the finest Catalan winemaking.

• Serving temperature: Serve chilled between 8ºC and 10ºC.

Manual harvest of selected grapes from organic vineyards, followed by further selection at the winery. First-run must obtained by gentle pressing with pneumatic tank-press. Clarification by natural precipitation and static decanting.

Fermentation of the must at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then aged for 8 months in contact with the lees in stainless steel tanks following fermentation.

After bottling, the wine ages for a minimum of 6 months in the winery's cellar to achieve its desired complexity and bouquet.
