Elaborated with grapes from +40 years old vineyards located in Gratallops, Priorat.
The different varieties are collected at their optimum ripening point and fermented separately at a controlled temperature of 14 ºC, in new French oak barrels. The wine is kept in the same casks for a short ageing of 6 months on its fine lees, practicing bâttonage.
After the ageing period the wine is bottled and stored for at least 2 years before being released into the market.
