Lo Divuit Graus

With a long fermentation to extract its full aromatic potential, Lo Divuit Graus is a fresh and elegant wine from the Terra Alta wine region, in southern Catalonia.
Elaborated 100% with the region's main variety, this delicate white wine is a sublime expression of what a Garnatxa Blanca from old vines can taste like.

- Color: Pale yellow color with golden reflections.
- On the nose: Highly expressive, with notes of ripe pear and hints of cinnamon and vanilla. As it opens, notes of passion fruit and white roses appear.
- On the palate: Subtle and creamy, with tasty notes of pear and pineapple. Notes of aniseed, white pepper and cinnamon in the aftertaste.
- Food pairing recommendations: Rice and pasta dishes, assorted salads, grilled fish and seafood.
- Serving temperature: Serve between 10ºC and 12ºC.

Grapes harvested and selected by hand. Fermentation in untoasted barrels at a controlled temperature during 40 days. No sulphites are added until the end of the fermentation, with a low dosage.
Aging: 6 months of batonnage with its lees. 2nd aging period of 6-8 months in bottle before being released into the market.
