Aromas of sea breeze, melon and orange blossom spread over this gentle and delicate white wine from Josep Vicens winery, in the Terra Alta wine region.

Crisp and vibrant, this elegant wine elaborated 100% with Garnatxa Blanca from the winery's estate vineyards is a highly aromatic treat for any wine lover.

• On the nose: Salty aromas of sea breeze with hints of aniseed and ripe quince. Notes of melon and orange appear when it opens-up.
  
• On the palate: Rich and silky, with a lively acidity combined with aromas of anise, peach and orange peel.
  
• Food pairing recommendations: Rice and pasta dishes, assorted salads, grilled fish and seafood.
• Serving temperature: Serve between 10ºC and 12ºC.

Harvest and manual selection. Part of the wine is fermented in Ovoïd tanks and the rest in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 16 °C. No sulphites are added until the end of fermentation, with a low dosage.

6 months of aging on its lees with batonnage, plus extra 6 months of resting in the bottle.
