Marta Violet (Vegan)

A unique blend of native varieties Xarel·lo and Macabeu with the traditional Muscat d'Alexandria are the base for this pleasant and refreshing white wine.

Floral and fruity, Marta Violet is very aromatic and pleasant to drink. The ideal company for social events or to enjoy as an appetizer at any moment of the day.

Manual harvest to select the best grapes. Pressing and must fermentation in a pneumatic press. 

Each grape variety has been fermented separately at a constant temperature of 16ºC in small stainless steel tanks. Fermentation temperature: 15-16 ºC.
