The crisp minerality of Empordà's clay-driven terroir is beautifully encapsulated in this exuberant white wine of great aromas and vibrant acidity.

Elaborated with a unique blend of 3 local varieties, Notes de Blanc (Notes of White) is a symphony of aromas that persist into a rich and floral bouquet.

• Type: Young white wine (dry, organic)
• Wine region: D.O. Empordà
• Grape varieties: Garnatxa Blanca, Garnatxa Roja and Subirat Parent
• Alcohol content: 13 % vol.

• Color: Pale yellow color with golden reflections.
• On the nose: Floral and mineral, with fruity aromas of pear and lychee.
• On the palate: Fresh and vibrant, with a well-balanced acidity and a lingering aftertaste.

• Serving temperature: Serve between 8ºC and 10ºC.

Harvest and manual selection. Aged on its lees for 2 months to achieve its desired complexity and flavour profile.
