Vola Vola Papallona Blanc

A singular blend of Garnatxa and Malvasia with the traditional Viognier, this refreshing wine from the Costers del Segre wine region is an ideal choice for a relaxed occasion.

Young and fruity, Vola Vola Papallona Blanc is a crisp and highly aromatic white wine ideal to enjoy on its own or in company of a light, flavourful meal.

Blend of Garnatxa Blanca, Malvasia de Sitges and Viognier grapes harvested at the end of September, seeking the best moment of maturation of the three varieties.

Fermentation in stainless steel vats for 32 days at 13ºC. Aging for 2-3 months on the less in the same tanks, with frequent batonnage.
