Xino-Xano Blanc by Oriol Rossell

Combining native variety Xarel·lo with the ancient Muscat d'Alexandria, this organic white wine captures the essence of a chalky-driven terroir like no other.

A popular expression in Catalan language, Xino-Xano (“Step by Step”) is a refreshing and delicate wine that stands out for its highly aromatic bouquet of citrus and tropical notes.

Harvested in vibrating trailers followed by further manual selection in the cellar. Fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature.
