Aged for 2 months in oak barrels to develop its full aromatic potential, Anima Mundi Pells is a powerful biodynamic wine ideal for the best gastronomic experiences.

Maceration and spontaneous fermentation with its own skins for 98 days in clay amphorea, followed by an ageing period of 2 months in French oak barrels.
