L'Onclu de Pallarades

A fun blend of Merlot and native Ull de Llebre (Tempranillo), L'Onclu de Pallarades is a light and fruity red wine ideal for any occasion.

Fresh and lively, this young red wine is the perfect choice both to accompany a light meal or to enjoy on its own as a tasty appetizer.

• Grape varieties: 70% Merlot, 30% Ull de Llebre (Tempranillo)
• Alcohol content: 13,5 % vol.

• Color: Intense ruby color.
• On the nose: Notes of red fruit and fresh balsamic herbs.
• On the palate: Fresh and well-balanced, with a fine acidity and lingering aftertaste.
• Food pairing recommendations: White meats, rice dishes, chicken with mushrooms.
• Serving temperature: Serve between 12ºC and 14ºC.

With a careful harvest and manual selection of the grapes, this wine is elaborated by vinifying the two varieties separately.

Fermentation and cold maceration for 8-10 days to extract its full aromatic potential.

A careful work with with the lees and posterior blending of the two varieties offers us a fresh wine, full of Mediterranean character.
