A crisp and floral wine of a vibrant minerality, Alta Alella Garnatxa Rosé is a blend of two traditional Garnatxa grapes from the D.O. Alella wine region in Catalonia.

With a perfectly balanced acidity, this unique rosé wine stands out for its fresh aromas and citrus notes - a delicious gift for any spring and summer occasion!

• On the nose: Soft and pleasant, with intense aromas of fresh red fruit and floral notes.
• On the palate: Crisp and mineral, with a bright acidity and persistent aftertaste.
• Food pairing recommendations: Ideal on its own as an appetizer, or with light snacks, assorted salads, fish dishes and seafood-style pasta.
• Serving temperature: Serve chilled between 8ºC and 10ºC.

The grapes are lightly pressed to obtain the first pressing must.

Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a low temperature to achieve its desired aromas and bouquet.
