Elaborated 100% with the local Carinyena variety, Notes de Rosat (Notes of Rosé) is a crisp and elegant wine that stands out for its intense aroma and vibrant acidity.

Harvest and manual selection. Aged on its lees for 2 months to achieve its desired complexity and flavour profile.
