Joan Sardà Ancorat (Blanc de Noirs)

A wine of peculiar name which, despite being related to the naval world, refers to the act of clinging to the earth, as being “anchored” to it.

With a superb aromatic length, Joan Sardà Ancorat is is the epitome of freshness: an elegant Blanc de Noirs (a white wine elaborated with the juices of a red variety) with a vibrant acidity that won’t leave you indifferent.

Elaborated with grapes from 60 to 70 year old vineyards. Manual harvest, pressed in a smooth way with a slow racking. 

40% of the wine is aged in stoneware barrels for 4 months-, another 30% is aged for 4 months in oak and chestnut barrels, and the 30% left remains in stainless steel tanks.
