The seller of the goods offered in this online store is Raim Gourmet SIA, registration no. 40203525709, legal address Hospitalăuli iela 8 - 36, Riga, LV-1013, on the one hand, hereinafter referred to as the Seller, and the person placing the order, hereinafter referred to as the Buyer, on the other hand, conclude the following Agreement:
The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver goods to the Buyer in accordance with the Buyer's order.
The seller provides and maintains the available content of the online store Raim.lv and sells goods in accordance with these Terms of Use.
1. Product price, order and payment procedure
1. 1. Product prices on www.raim.lv are indicated in EUR currency. All prices are inclusive of any value added or other tax. Products are sold at the prices in effect at the time the order is created.

1. 5. The Seller ensures the delivery of the goods within 1-3 working days after the payment for the goods has been received, the exact delivery time being coordinated with the Buyer.

2. Right of withdrawal
2. 1. The Buyer has the right to refuse the product within 14 calendar days from the moment of receipt of the Product by sending an e-mail to the Seller with a completed refusal form. The cancellation form is sent by the Seller to the Buyer by e-mail at the Buyer's request.
2. 2. The Buyer is obliged to return the product to the Seller within 14 days after sending the refusal form.
2. 3. All expenses incurred in connection with sending the product back to the Seller shall be borne by the Buyer.
2. 4. The Seller, by transferring the money to the Buyer's account, makes a full refund of the value of the product within 14 days of receiving the Refusal, except for cases where the product has not been returned to the Seller.

The Seller reserves the right to refuse the Buyer to exercise the right of withdrawal or to withhold a compensation fee in case the product is damaged, by careless treatment of the product during use or by not following the instructions in the manual, if the product's original packaging is lost or if its packaging is significantly damaged.

3. Data processing

4. Terms of delivery & costs
4. 1. In addition to the purchase fee described in clause 1.1 of this agreement, the Buyer may be charged a delivery fee for courier delivery services depending on the amount of the purchase.
4. 2. For purchases over 60 (sixty) EUR (including VAT), delivery is free throughout the territory of Latvia.
4. 3. For purchases up to 60 (sixty) EUR (including VAT), the delivery fee is 5 (five) EUR (including VAT) throughout the territory of Latvia.
4. 4. The Seller delivers the product only to the Buyer who has reached at least 18 years of age.
4. 5. The Buyer, who is younger than 25 years, undertakes to present the courier with an identity document at the time of delivery without prior invitation, as stipulated by the legislation of the Republic of Latvia.
4. 6. If a document proving age is not available and there is no one at the address who has reached at least 18 years of age at the time of delivery, the products will remain with the Seller.
4. 7. In the event that there is no one entitled or able to receive the product at the agreed place and time, and thus the product must be returned to the Seller, the Buyer pays the full redelivery fee, regardless of the volume discounts specified in the courier service price list.
4. 8. Deliveries are made within the territory of Latvia and according to the following principle:

6. Final Terms and Dispute Resolution
6. 1. These Terms of Use are an integral part of the distance contract, which the parties conclude on the basis of the Buyer's order at the online trading point www.Raim.lv.
