Blanc Vi Natural (Biodynamic)

Boasting a great character and aromatic complexity, Blanc Vi Natural is a natural wine elaborated 100% with the native Xarel·lo variety from 60 year old vineyards.

With no added sulphites and unfiltered, this young white wine elaborated with a minimum intervention is a versatile choice for food pairing.

• On the nose: Aromas of ripe white fruit (apple, pear) and cider, due to the absence of sulphites.

• Food pairing recommendations: Fish and seafood, light salads, cheeses and foie gras.
• Serving temperature: Serve between 8ºC and 10ºC.
