L'Om de Masroig

An homage to the elm tree, a keystone of the vineyard, L'Om de Masroig is the freshest expression of Garnatxa Negra - a perfect balance of volume and complexity.

From the celebrated Montsant wine region in Catalonia, this highly aromatic red wine is a fine achievement of the best traditional winemaking.

• Color: Intense red cherry color.
• On the nose: Aromas of fresh red fruit, toasted and spicy notes.
  
• On the palate: Rounded and well-balanced. With a fine acidity and lingering aftertaste.
• Food pairing recommendations: White meats, rice dishes, chicken with mushrooms.
• Serving temperature: Serve between 14ºC and 16ºC.

Harvest: Selected grapes from the winery's estate vineyards (300-400m altitude), in the southeast area of the D.O. Montsant.

Elaboration: Traditionally fermented in stainless steel vats using a cooling system. Aged for 8 months in French oak barrels and then later in bottle.
