Avinyó Cava Blanc de Noirs Reserva Brut Nature (Vegan)

- Color: Straw yellow color with green hues and soft bubbles.
- On the nose: Aromas of fresh red fruit (strawberries, raspberries) with floral notes, typical of the Pinot Noir variety.
- On the palate: Creamy and complex, with citrus flavours of sweet red cherries.
- Food pairing recommendations: Ideal to enjoy on its own as an elegant appetizer, it also pairs well with fish, pasta and all kinds of seafood.
- Serving temperature: Serve between 6ºC and 8ºC.

Night harvest to avoid oxidation and high temperatures. Gentle pressing with pneumatic presses and use of the first free-run juice (60%).
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Natural clarification by decantation.
Minimum aging of 18 months on the lees before being released into the market.
