Catalonia has a long tradition in the elaboration of quality vintage sparkling wines, and this tasting is dedicated to its greatest pride — Cava. Whether you are passionate wine enthusiasts or simply enjoy celebrating life with bubbles, this wine tasting will be a fun and elegant experience for your group.

About the Experience:  Tasting of four unique Cava sparkling wines from different wineries in the Penedès region, ranging from fresher Reserva to more complex, long-aged Gran Reserva styles. During the event, we will talk about: 

• Aromas & flavour characteristics.
• Origin, grape varieties and terroir.
• Story behind each winery / winemaker.
• Ideal food pairings.

The tasting includes a selection of traditional tapas (Serrano ham, cheeses and olives)** to pair with the wines and a welcome drink ideal for the occasion.
