Catalonia has a long tradition in the elaboration of quality vintage sparkling wines, and this tasting is dedicated to its 2 main styles — Cava and Corpinnat. Whether you are passionate wine enthusiasts or simply enjoy celebrating life with bubbles, this wine tasting will be a fun and elegant experience for your group.

About the Experience: Tasting of four unique sparkling wines from the Penedès region in Catalonia - 2 cavas and 2 corpinnats, in order to understand both their differences and similarities in terms of style. During the event, we will talk about:

• Aromas & flavour characteristics.
• Origin, grape varieties and terroir.
• Story behind each winery / winemaker.
• Ideal food pairings.

The tasting includes a selection of traditional tapas (Serrano ham, cheeses and olives)** to pair with the wines and a welcome drink ideal for the occasion.
