Can Feixes Chardonnay
Made exclusively from the estate's best Chardonnay vines, Can Feixes' tribute to this noble variety is an exceptional wine of a great aromatic complexity and vibrant bouquet.
Aged for a minimum of 6 months in the bottle, this exuberant Chardonnay is a great achievement of both craftmanship and tradition in a single bottle.

- Serving temperature: Serve between 10ºC and 12ºC.
Manual harvest and further selection of the best Chardonnay grapes from organic vineyards. Free-run must obtained from freshly picked grapes using gentle pneumatic pressing. Clarification by natural static decanting precipitation.
Fermentation in French oak barrels at a controlled temperatures. The wine is then aged for 8 months in contact with the lees in the same oak barrels.
After bottling, the wine will age for a minimum of 6 months in the cellar to achieve its desired aromas and flavour profile.
